These chairs are in a sturdy, usable condition but show clear signs of age and historical maintenance. Both backrests have been structurally reinforced with screws; while secure, the filled holes from these repairs remain visible upon inspection. One chair features a visible split across the seat and a f crack in the frame/backrest , resulting in a slight movement in the backrest. Despite these characterful imperfections, the pair remains functionally sound and retains a beautiful, deep mahogany colour and patina.
